just had a baby 4 months ago.. looking for some good workout dvd and/or dietary pills?

Can anyone recommend a good workout dvd that does not require a whole lot of time but is good enough for you to be able to tell the difference.. I still have about 30-40 pounds of baby fat to lose. I have looked into Denise Austin, Dallas Cowboys hot bod & the biggest loser boot camp but they all pretty much look the same and I am not sure which one works best so if anybody has any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Also.. I was thinking about a dietary supplement pills to help.. maybe the stacker? Anybody tried these? Thanks!
Just to clear things up. I am not breastfeeding. Don’t know how that got assumed.

If your nursing, do NOT use dietary supplements without a doctors approval. Most ‘diet’ pills are 95% caffeine and nicotine.

There are quite a few workout DVD’s available. Some are harder, or higher impact then others. Pick one that looks fun to you, and go for it. They ALL work – if you work. One thing they all require though is maximum effort on your part. All the time spent on “deciding” could be time spent on ‘doing’.
